Lab Storage Case – 10+1

At Orbitrex Peptides, safeguarding fragile research materials against physical impact, thermal shock, and environmental degradation is just as critical as maintaining synthesis purity. The Lab Storage Case – 10+1 is an engineered laboratory storage container featuring a rugged polypropylene hard shell lined with precision-molded closed-cell EVA foam, specifically designed to secure delicate lyophilized peptide vials and liquid solvent containers during stationary storage or transport. Designed to withstand demanding laboratory conditions, this essential organizational tool represents a vital asset within our Materials category.

Listing Details & Specifications

The exterior casing of the Lab Storage Case – 10+1 is molded from thick-walled, impact-modified polypropylene polymer that demonstrates extraordinary structural rigidity and impact resistance, safeguarding delicate glass ampoules from catastrophic drops or heavy crushing forces. Unlike brittle consumer plastics that fracture when exposed to sub-zero freezer environments, this advanced copolymer retains high ductile elasticity down to minus forty degrees Celsius, making it fully compatible with standard ultra-low laboratory freezers, dry ice coolers, and climate-controlled transport cases.

Internally, the storage case features custom-engineered closed-cell EVA foam that has been precision die-cut to cradle each vial securely along its vertical axis. The dense foam prevents glass-to-glass contact, isolating each sample from vibration and lateral kinetic shocks during transport. A continuous silicone perimeter gasket seated within the lid rim creates an airtight and moisture-resistant barrier when the dual snap-action latches are engaged, effectively preventing ambient atmospheric humidity and frost condensation from compromising crimped vial seals during cold storage.

When planning multifaceted experimental frameworks, investigators frequently evaluate Lab Storage Case – 5 slot alongside Bacteriostic Water 30ml and Phosphate-buffered Saline (PBS) 100ml to establish comparative baseline data across correlated laboratory pathways.

Deploying the storage case within laboratory workflows involves simple organizational best practices. Always ensure vials are fully dry and wiped free of condensation before seating them into individual foam receptacles. When retrieving samples from sub-zero storage, allow the closed case to acclimatize briefly to ambient room temperatures to minimize rapid moisture condensation on cold glass surfaces. Clean the polypropylene shell using standard laboratory disinfectant wipes, seventy percent isopropyl alcohol sprays, or mild detergents, avoiding aromatic solvents that could degrade the outer polymer luster.
